AESA holds the firm conviction that the human factor is the most important of all resources. In line with this thought, we train our people to develop and strengthen all competences, either generic or specific, related to successful performance in their positions; training can be in company or external; in the latter case, in first-line institutions.

For this purpose, we have an annual training plan comprising the whole company and tailored to each Management or Business Unit, where training activities are planned at group and individual level. This plan is designed through surveying results from the annual performance closing and through detection of training needs by each manager according to the functions, responsibility and projects to be undertaken by the members of the work team along the year.

 
This methodology helps leaders to plan the training and education requirements to achieve the key goals of the organization while supporting the development needs of the employees.





The general purposes of training courses are:
To provide the training tools to acquire or review the knowledge needed for optimal professional performance.
To develop and strengthen the competences associated to successful performance in his/her position.

The area organizes activities open to the community, receiving visits of employees’ relatives and of educational institutions at the worksite, so as to achieve wide internal and external integration.

We also coordinate Corporate Social Accountability programs jointly with Junior Achievement, all of them intended to create the entrepreneur spirit in the youths, allowing them to achieve their goals in an atmosphere of responsibility and freedom.

In any organization, communications are a key factor for greater integration of Human Resources. So as to reach this goal, we have developed multiple communication channels, receiving and valuating comments, opinions and suggestions, to foster participation of all employees, thus creating a pleasant and motivating workplace environment.
