Equipment and process modules are manufactured at AESA industrial plant, in the town of Canning, province of Buenos Aires. It is proudly equipped with the most up-to-date technology currently existing in the market for this industry. The surface area of the plant is 25,000 m2, on a 15-hectare plot, where several product lines are fabricated to provide industry-leading solutions.
Design is the first step in the fabrication of equipment
and process modules; the company uses state-of-the-art
software which contributes dimensional analyses
and mass and energy balances for each piece.
The process continues with cutting, pre-assembly
and assembly operations. Current pantographs, welding machines and machining centers are computer-programmed from our Planning Department, and ensure the highest available construction quality.
AESA workshops manufacture:
Process modules.
Air coolers.
Air condensers.
Process towers and columns.
Separators.
Heaters.
Ovens.
Heat Exchangers.
Reactors and pressure vessels.
Oil treaters.
API storage tanks.
Fabrication by highly skilled
staff, continuously trained in the operation and
use of the state-of-the-art equipment of the plant.
Some capabilities of AESA equipment: to move weights
of up to 150 tons, to roll 3 m-wide and up to
90 mm-thick plates, to produce finned tubes of
up to 2 inches diameter, and to provide thermal
treatment to equipment in a 18 m-long natural
gas oven, controlled by computer.
Once the fabrication process is over, prior to
surface treatment, the pieces of equipment are
controlled and subject to different quality tests.
Lastly, they are packaged and carried to the project
site.
AESA certifications include ISO 9001/14001, OHSAS
18001 and ASME stamp. Its Management Systems department is responsible of verifying compliance with manufacturing standards
and the client's requirements. Post-sale technical
assistance is also provided.
